- EUD / TED Application Form - This Application Form is for all participants coming from countries belonging to the Euro-Africa and Trans-European Regions : Portugal, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Czech Repubblic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom as for some non-European countries belonging to both Regions.
- Non-EUD / TED Application Form This Application Form is for all participants coming from countries that are not in the above list.
- Music Application Form for download (pdf)
