Health Procedure re the New Flu A/H1N1
1. All delegations should be responsible that their participants are in good health.
2. The information flyer from the German government (available in 10 different languages) should be sent to the delegation/participants.
3. The information flyer should be available in each school and in the ICM (info desk)
4. At the beginning of the congress (opening ceremony) we will give an announcement regarding the information flyer.
5. If there is a case in one of our schools we will have one room available to “isolate” the person(s).
6. Again and again participants will be reminded to wash their hands, especially before meals.
7. Some hygienic masks will be available at each school which can be used in case there is a person who needs to be isolated.
8. The isolated person will be checked by a doctor – normally results should be available within 6 hours.
9. Addresses of doctors near the ICM will be located.
Information about your congress ID card - registration
When you will arrive at the 5th of August the school will be the first contact point for you (when you will travel by your own, please ask your union for the address).
After your registration you will get your congress ID card. This card is your identification getting into your school, your driving permission for the underground from the 5th itll the 8th and your entry permission for lunch and dinner at the ICM too.
For losing this IC card and getting a new one it will costs € 10,-.
If you have booked the congress without accommodation (and maybe without catering), you will get your ID card at the AYC-counter in the ICM (we will open on the 5th at approximately 3pm.
If you will be a day guest, you will get your ID card at the AYC-counter in the ICM as well.
